Seit jeher mit dem Douro verbunden, beginnt die Weinherstellungsreise der Familie S\u00e1 mit dem Verkauf hochwertiger Trauben aus ihren Weinbergen in Soutelo do Douro.<\/p>\n

Im Laufe der Zeit wuchsen die Anwesen, wobei stets auf Qualit\u00e4t geachtet wurde, ohne die Wurzeln zu vergessen, die dem Unternehmen zum Erfolg verhalfen, und begann auch mit der Produktion seines eigenen Weins.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2019 wurde Sa'Vinum geboren, das Ergebnis des Wunsches des j\u00fcngsten Familienmitglieds, Jo\u00e3o de S\u00e1, das von seinem Vater hinterlassene Unternehmen und seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr den Douro weiterzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Trauben: Vinhas Velhas<\/p>\n

Este vinho tinto \u00e9 o reflexo da riqueza das vinhas velhas do Douro, com uma mistura de castas antigas que conferem complexidade e autenticidade. Estagiado por 14 meses em barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas, apresenta uma not\u00e1vel integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre fruta e madeira. Aromaticamente, destaca-se pela profundidade, com notas de frutos negros maduros, especiarias finas e um leve toque bals\u00e2mico. Na boca, revela-se estruturado e envolvente, com taninos aveludados, acidez equilibrada e um final longo, persistente e elegante. Um vinho que traduz a ess\u00eancia e o terroir da regi\u00e3o do Douro, perfeito para acompanhar pratos ricos e momentos especiais.<\/p>\n

Sobald alle Weinherstellungsprozesse abgeschlossen sind, reift der Wein 6 Monate lang in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n

Dieser Wein passt zu Fleischgerichten, K\u00e4se und Wurstwaren.
