The construction of a new winery in 2007 provided the House with modern winemaking tools, befitting the ambitious quality standards of AYALA Champagne wines. The wine style became firmly established in Chardonnay. The brand identity was completely rethought, with the design of new labels inspired by the Maison's historical codes.
