Throughout the property, totaling 550 hectares, are dotted plantations of stone pine, holm oaks, and strawberry trees, and a vineyard, the Discórdia vineyard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eDiscórdia wines are produced from grapes harvested from a 10-hectare vineyard nestled in the wild landscape of Herdade Vale d'Évora. Like the Douro region, the schist soils and harsh climate mean the vines are constantly on the edge, struggling for survival, resulting in airy fruit with good concentration and structure.
