Exposed in an “abicheiro” style, as they say, facing north – predominantly – but also east and west, protecting and enhancing, in harmony, the vitality and longevity of the vineyards for the production of grapes of the highest quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Classified as letter A, in an area with altitudes exceeding 150m, three red grape varieties were favored: Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, to which we have since added Touriga Nacional. Among the white grape varieties, Rabigato, Viosinho, and Malvasia-fina predominate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e He got the terroir right, resulting in more than 25 successful harvests.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eWith the achievement of \"vinicultural maturity,\" we are now taking the step so that this long-held dream, which we have transformed into a company called Quinta do Gravançal, can now produce its own table wines under its own brand – Mimu's.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e And why Mimu's? Because that's how this project was created.
