A true innovator, Mr. Usami was the first brewer to apply BOTTLE FERMENTATION AND SECONDARY AGING to Niigata beer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Mr. Usami dreams of creating a local whiskey distillery that can showcase the quality of the pure local water and serve the passionate community of spirit lovers.
