No ano de 1985 quase todas as empresas declararam Vintage. Tempo excelente. In\u00edcio do Inverno frio, mas Fevereiro e Mar\u00e7o quentes. Alguma chuva na Primavera e temperaturas normais at\u00e9 ao Ver\u00e3o. Junho muito quente, a que se seguiu um Ver\u00e3o normal. Vindima em condi\u00e7\u00f5es perfeitas.<\/p>\n

O vinho apresenta cor vermelha com laivos acastanhados. No nariz abundam aromas a cereja confitada e compota. Na boca revela notas de chocolate, cacau e taninos bem presentes. Vinho bem estruturado que mostra atractivos sinais de est\u00e1gio em garrafa. Final de not\u00e1vel persist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

A explos\u00e3o de fruta e a singularidade do estilo justificam o extraordin\u00e1rio marriage com sobremesas ricas em chocolate, como fondants de chocolate com molho de groselha ou uma mousse de chocolate negro. Queijos azuis ou de pasta dura, tipo \u201cSerra da Estrela\u201d, s\u00e3o igualmente uma excelente associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
