Until around 1950, Quinta do Monte de S. Sebasti\u00e3o only consisted of several uncultivated plots of land. After that date, the owners of the time converted the land into vineyards with some terraces, planted an olive grove, almond grove and other associated fruit trees, as well as starting the construction of the house with wine presses, where the Quinta wine. Later, an annex was built for a still and also a small house that served as housing for the Quinta's caretaker.<\/p>\n

Monte S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o tinto apresenta-se de cor rubi brilhante e intensa com perfil jovem e de aromas limpos. No plano olfactivo mostra-se fresco e com fruta vermelha, com nuances florais, como as violetas, bem como algumas harmoniosas notas de madeira, provenientes do est\u00e1gio em barrica.
