DUE FAMIGLIE \u2013 UN GRANDE PROGETTO VINO<\/p>\n

Il progetto\u00a0Roquette e Cazes\u00a0<\/em>\u00c8 soprattutto un incontro tra due amici:\u00a0Jorge Roquette<\/em>\u00a0dal\u00a0Quinta do Crasto<\/em>\u00a0\u00c8\u00a0Jean-Michel Cazes<\/em>\u00a0Di\u00a0Castello Lynch-Bages<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Nel 2002 le due famiglie decisero di creare un'azienda per produrre grandi vini che si distinguessero per le caratteristiche naturali del Douro e l'esperienza dei Cazes che producono vini in\u00a0Bordeaux<\/em>\u00a0circa un secolo fa.<\/p>\n

Envelhecimento: O vinho Roquette & Cazes 2022 estagiou em barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas, onde permaneceu cerca de 18 meses.<\/p>\n

RISULTATI DEL TEST
\nColore: rubino profondo.
\nNaso: ottima complessit\u00e0 aromatica, con note di frutti rossi molto puliti, spezie eleganti e morbide note balsamiche.
\nBocca: inizia in modo molto elegante, evolvendo in un vino di ottimo volume e struttura composto da tannini dalla trama vellutata. Un vino molto coinvolgente, che chiude molto fresco e persistente.<\/p>\n
