The tasting reveals a bright, open straw color, with citrus reflections. The aroma is typical, intense and delicately fruity with notes of stone fruit and light jam. In the mouth it is a full wine, with a complex flavor, very ripe, harmonious fruit and a very long and persistent finish. Very good as an aperitif and accompanies white meat dishes, fatty fish and seafood cooked in sauce. Ready to drink now, it will evolve well in the bottle over 4 or 5 years after the harvest date.
