For over 250 years, Hennessy has been creating unique cognacs in the heart of France's Charente region. The Maison is truly committed to terroir, sustainable practices and excellence in every bottle, in more than 160 countries.
Could Richard Hennessy and his eldest son, James, have imagined at the end of the 18th century that, one day, their brandy would have traveled the world, ignoring borders and defying traditions?
The cognac manufacturing process is long and sophisticated. Locally grown Ugni White grapes go through six main stages from the moment they are carefully selected from the vines to the first sip like an exceptional brandy in your glass.
Hennessy is a story of artisans. From the vines to the bottles, all artisans cultivate a deep sense of pride in what they do. Their passion is humbling.
