It ages for 6 months in contact with fine lees in small tanks of 1500 to 3000 liters with periodic battonage and controlled temperature followed by bottling and aging for 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Citrus color and a fresh aroma with a predominance of citrus aromas, especially grapefruit. In terms of flavor, it has a good structure with a somewhat discreet acidity that gives it great freshness.
Gastronomic suggestions: Seafood and fish, Asian food, soft cheeses. He makes good company at any time.

As a result of enormous respect for Nature and all our passion and dedication, we produced a limited and numbered edition of Poems in the birthplace of Alvarinho in Portugal, a place full of magic on the banks of the River Minho, in the family since the seventeenth century in a peaceful communion with nature.
The art of wine has been passed down from generation to generation until today. Used in religious ceremonies in the 19th century, it has always been enjoyed by family and friends and offered with pleasure to everyone who visits us.
Inspired by history and the unparalleled beauty of the landscape, we created the Poema brand to take the family legacy to more distant lands, respecting the past and always looking to the future.
