A vinificação foi feita em cubas de aço inox com controlo de temperatura. Depois de uma maceração pós fermentativa, o vinho foi submetido a estágio. Colado com claras de ovo, e após uma ligeira filtração, o lote foi engarrafado em 24 de maio de 2021.
ESTÁGIO: 19 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês.

Quinta do Vale da Perdiz is located in the heart of the Douro Superior, close to Torre de Moncorvo. The Quinta's fourteen hectares of vineyards are arranged on terraces on both sides of the valley that gives it its name.

The Quinta's fourteen hectares of vineyards are arranged on terraces on both sides of the valley that gives it its name. In the vineyard, planted in schist land, with exposure to the south, north and east, there are the traditional noble grape varieties of the demarcated Douro region: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.
