Blog Bi-Varietal 2016 Red 75cl

80,00

Very dark fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity.

Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, with a fresh finish and great aging potential.

Description

Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, Tiago Cabaço became accustomed from a very early age to sharing the field and working in the vineyards and in the winery with his parents. It was through this path that, as a child, he learned secrets about the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and the entire universe associated with it, which he still applies in his day-to-day life. In 2004 he created the Tiago Cabaço Winery brand, the project under his own name. Since then, he has placed his own wines on the market, through which he began to assert his personality and vision regarding wines and the Alentejo.

Tiago Cabaço has received respect and attention from the sector, winning many national and international awards and distinctions. The family of wines, seductive and serious, modern in style and form but deeply Alentejo in character, is divided between the “.com” with an energetic and jovial profile, the serious and powerful monovarietals, the “Vinhas Velhas” that combine the excellence of the terroir and the vines over 30 years old, the sparkling wine, designed for special moments, and the simultaneously vigorous, subtle and fresh “blogs” that claim to be the top of the range of Tiago Cabaço wines.

With access to some of the best and oldest vineyards in Alentejo, all close to Estremoz, with oenology handed over to one of the best winemakers in the country – Susana Esteban – with the conquest of foreign markets, Tiago Cabaço is one of the stars of the new Alentejo .
