Description
At the beginning of this new project, the Quinta's old wine cellar was completely restored and expanded, equipped with the most modern equipment, but at the same time maintaining the famous marble presses, where the vinification of a large part of the wines is still carried out today, using the traditional “Grape Stomp”.
In the cellar's basement there are French and American Oak barrels, in a ratio of 95% to 5%, where the wine is aged until they are ready to be bottled.
