Only selected harvests of the highest quality wines are used for Gin Infusion. The herbs and fruits used in production originate from our cultivation in the Saarland region and in its incomparable vineyards on the schist slopes, which complete the flavor of Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin, combining the best of this beautiful region.
For our Riesling infusion we exclusively use grapes derived from late harvests and selected from the “Saarburguer Rausch” vineyard. The Riesling grapes give our gin a unique character, guaranteeing maximum pleasure when tasting it. With more than thirty botanicals grown organically on a private property.
Description
Named after the royal Prussian district's first forester Ferdinand Geltz, Ferdinand's takes inspiration from the abundant Saar region and its traditions, always the guiding principle “inspired by our heritage” in mind.
The Saar has always been an important confluence of regional traditions and ideas. the spirits of Ferdinand – in honor of one of the figureheads and guardians of these local traditions; The Royal Prussian Forester, Ferdinand Geltz (1851-1925) – are immersed in the character and heritage of the region and faithfully carry out our duty to protect this unique ecosystem.
