Aromaticamente, destaca-se pela profundidade, com notas de frutos negros maduros, especiarias finas e um leve toque balsâmico. Na boca, revela-se estruturado e envolvente, com taninos aveludados, acidez equilibrada e um final longo, persistente e elegante. Um vinho que traduz a essência e o terroir da região do Douro, perfeito para acompanhar pratos ricos e momentos especiais.
Once all winemaking processes have been completed, the wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
This wine accompanies meat dishes, cheeses and sausages. It should be consumed at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
Description
Always linked to the Douro, the Sá family begins their winemaking journey by selling quality grapes from their vineyards in Soutelo do Douro.
Over time, and always focusing on quality, the properties grew, never forgetting the roots that made the business prosper, also starting to produce its own wine.
In 2019, Sa'Vinum was born, the result of the desire of the youngest member of the family, João de Sá, to continue the business left by his father and his passion for the Douro.
Today, the brand has several properties, different types of wine and a new wine cellar.
