It is on these steep slopes of schist soil of the oldest demarcated region in the world that the septuagenarian vineyards that give life to Ládano rest peacefully, a wine that originates from a process of little intervention and spontaneous fermentation that allows it to best express its terroir and offer a harmonious and immersive experience.
