Description

With 31.3 hectares, the farm remains fruitful on shale, slave and hard land. Formerly a rainfed culture, here we experience a dry climate with low rainfall, where the influence of hot winds, at the height of the summer, create small whirlpools among the vineyards, reminiscent of a hot, almost African environment.
Surrounded by an area of pastoral hiss, the estate has several species that cohabit in complete harmony. Through a careful look, when visiting our farm you can find a great diversity of plants, but also animals. The production of holm oak, cork oak and pine, coming from native plants, such as cistus, rosemary, and pennyroyal, and the life of animals such as hare, partridge, wild boar, fox and even herons and damselflies, confer this farm has a unique and fascinating biodiversity.
Furthermore, due to the low population density and the absence of public lights, the property enjoys a majestic sky at night, sprinkled with stars and galaxies visible to the naked eye.
