Produced from the Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties, this wine ages for 14 months in barrels and is a very balanced red, with a markedly fruity aroma, notes of orange peel, mint, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied with present but soft tannins. The aftertaste is very long. It goes well with red meat, lamb, game and roast fish and a serving temperature of between 16º and 18º C is suggested.
