Description
At Quinta do Zambujeiro we use a mix of conventional and organic practices. We do not use herbicides and protect the soil with natural crops during the winter.
The objective is to preserve and protect the natural beauty and our terroir. The base of our wines is the vineyard. Our workers take care of each vineyard with great care. We firmly believe that only vineyards with low production can produce wines with high concentrations of aromas and flavor to have a long life in the bottle.
We reduce the production of our vineyards with the average harvest being 23hl hectare.
