Located in the heart of the demarcated region of Bairrada, Casa de Saima is one of Bairrada's favorite producers, having been involved in the production of quality wines for more than half a century. A family passion passed down between generations. They are driven by the search for authentic wines, made in the most natural way possible, through minimal and careful intervention, with the time and patience that nature requires to offer us its best.
As producers and lovers of Portuguese wines, our mission is to encourage a taste for wines from the Bairrada region throughout the world, offering the best we have in Portugal in a differentiating and innovative way, while respecting our heritage and tradition.
