Cava Juvé & Camps Gran Reserva 75cl

19,50

Made with natural juice from grapes grown on our properties  Spiells  (Can Rius),  La Cuscona  It is  Mediona  . It has a typically pale golden color, with a rich and elegant nose that starts with ripe white fruit and progresses to the notes that come from aging: pastries, toasted bread, spices... On the palate it is extremely seductive, with a fresh touch, texture pleasant and long finish that once again reminds of white fruits.

Reserva de la Familia cannot be subjected to cold sensory analysis. Because it is associated with important moments: toasts, parties, birthdays...
So much so that it lodged itself in our sensory memory at the level of our grandmother's much-loved dishes. With one exception: while the taste of these beloved dishes can only live on in our memory, the excitement of once again enjoying a glass of Reserva de la Familia is always within our reach.

Carles Gaig's philosophy is based on quality products. The innovative spirit of its culinary delights combines with traditional Catalan cuisine. The Gaig restaurant has had a Michelin star since 1993.

“Reserva de la Familia cava is the perfect companion for our cannelloni thanks to its creamy bubble, which combines beautifully with the black truffle. The complexity of aging highlights the traditional roasted flavors of this dish. The acidity is pleasantly long and fresh in the mouth, captivating from start to finish.”

Service temperature: 7 -8 ºC
