Erigida no coração da propriedade, a adega do Pessegueiro distingue-se pela sua extraordinária arquitetura, que resulta das funções do edifício e sobretudo do método específico de vinificação que acolhe.

The building has five levels and combines traditional methods of producing high quality wines with the most sophisticated equipment.

Autêntico desafio da tecnologia, a nossa adega foi concebida de forma a utilizar a gravidade natural ao longo de todo o processo que transforma a uva em vinho.  Com vista a preservar e respeitar o vinho ao máximo, a utilização de bombas foi totalmente excluída em todo o percurso, desde a receção da uva até à sala das barricas. Para complementar a gravidade natural, dispomos também de uma cuba elevador.

This exclusively gravity process guarantees a gentle and respectful treatment of the wine.
