This Grande Reserva has a rich and vibrant aroma highlighting notes of stone fruit wrapped in a touch of spices and brioche and smoked suggestions. It reveals an unctuousness balanced with the acidity and seduces us with its immense freshness and persistence.

Description
Innovation combined with the traditional way of doing things has allowed us to evolve and maintain the personality of these lands, which over the years have seen several changes. The construction of the Bagaúste Dam and the consequent rise in water levels meant that part of the original area of Quinta de S. Luiz became submerged.
The solution involved the acquisition of contiguous properties, such as Quinta da Mesquita (1972), Quinta da Lobata (1974), Quinta da Alegria (1982) and Quinta da Galeira (1987). The Quinta currently covers 125ha, 90 of which are planted with vines, including old vines that produce fruit for our premium wines.
