The vine cycle reaches its peak during the grape harvest, enlivened by traditional songs. "Returning Joy to the Countryside" is the motto that unites the grape harvesters, protagonists of the arduous task of picking the famous Vinhão wine. And the celebration is completed with the traditional grape treading that concludes the harvest – treading, dancing, and singing – in a true ritual that strengthens our hope that this past will have a future!

The current configuration of the Casa da Torre de Aguiã is one of the best examples of residential reuse over the centuries of a primitive late medieval structure. Located in a rural setting on a hill dominating the landscape, the Casa de Aguiã is one of the most impressive private Baroque manor houses in Alto Minho, both for the unique reuse of an old late medieval tower (classified as a Property of Public Interest in 1978) and for the refinement of the Baroque work, which, in this context, acquires an unmistakable theatrical character. Owned by the same family since the 13th century and always linked to the most influential noble families of the region, it contributed to the refinement of the successive transformations carried out over time.
