Ervideira is one of Portugal's oldest wine companies, producing wine since 1880, and currently has its fourth and fifth generations of active producers.

With a total of 160 hectares of vineyards, distributed across the family's properties in the sub-regions of Vidigueira (130 ha) and Reguengos (30 ha), the company produces the Conde D'Ervideira, Invisível, Vinho da Água, Vinha D'Ervideira, Terras D'Ervideira and Lusitano ranges.

Since the beginning of our production in 1880, our mission has been to create truly unique wines – in flavor, texture, and the moments they provide.

Guided by the legacy left by our great-grandfather (great-grandfather, in the case of the 5th generation and founder of our brand, the Count D'Ervideira), we are governed by a foundation of values ​​that combine tradition with innovation. As a work philosophy, the company always takes care to hire locally, as it needs to be a strong element of stability in the region. Interestingly, job opportunities are only given to those who are unemployed or seeking their first job, because in this way, in addition to generating regional stability, it avoids conflicts of interest with other companies in the region.
