At the start of this new project, the Quinta's old wine cellar is fully restored and expanded, equipped with the most modern equipment, while at the same time maintaining the famous marble lagares (wine presses), where, even today, a large part of the wines are made using the traditional "Grape Treading" method.
In the cellar of the winery are French and American oak barrels, in a proportion of 95% to 5%, where the wine is aged until it is ready to be bottled.
