The key to the preeminence of our gins lies in our unique ingredients. We use only six complementary botanicals across our entire range, which are in perfect harmony.
First, of course, is the juniper. We are unique in using hand-picked English juniper berries from Box Hill in Surrey with the kind permission of the National Trust and Natural England.
For the citrus notes, we use Moroccan lemon and coriander. We also add sweet Spanish orange peel and Italian orris root to soften these notes perfectly. It's the spiritual equivalent of analog sound; smooth and harmonious.
Finally, the masterstroke: we infuse our gin with mint grown here in Kingston-upon-Thames. This quintessential English herb works wonderfully with our other botanicals to create a warm, aromatic, and bittersweet character, and helps produce our smooth and crisp finish.
