Whitley Neill is made with a 100% plant-rich grain spirit before being distilled in a beautiful antique copper still called 'Constance' that is over 100 years old.
Only the purest water is used, and each of the nine vegetables is carefully selected to ensure they are of the highest quality. Whitley Neill's slogan, "Grown from the tree of life," goes a long way in describing what these vegetables can be.
Bringing together a blend of innovative botanicals, such as Cape gooseberries and baobab fruit, its product line also features other more traditional botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, and orris root.
The slogan also hints at the attitude adopted by its creator, Johnny Neill, as it reflects his new 21st-century perspective, while also referencing gin's heritage and the London-based gin distillation expertise used at the distillery.
