The family's ancestral connection to agriculture was the unifying factor for the current generation to embrace this project. Elói's connection to this project stems first and foremost from his family environment, where his parents and grandparents lived in an olive grove, and where today, Tiago and Andrélói Ribeiro, his sons, with their Ribeiro vineyard family, are the faces of the Ribeiro family. Tiago – responsible for managing the business in the territory – is a mechanical engineer with an MBA in national finance. Before embracing the industry, he worked in strategic consulting in construction and project management for companies in the industrial sector.

André, responsible for international business management, is a civil engineer with an MBA in business management. Throughout his career, he has held positions on the Boards of Directors of companies in Portugal and Mozambique from a young age.

The goal of Quinta Valle Madruga is to create markedly superior products in both the wine and olive oil sectors, showcasing regional grape varieties in the wine sector: Alvarinho, Côdega de Larinho, Fernão Pires, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Moscatel Galego Branco and Viosinho in the white grape varieties, and Aragonez (Tinta Roriz), Bastardo, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca (Francesa).
