Quatro Cravos manages the viticulture of two wineries in the Bairrada region: “Adega Original” and “Adega Cravo”.
The vineyards are planted in different types of soil, including clay soils, clay and limestone marls, and sandy soils with varying grain sizes and varying degrees of clay content.
The soil characteristics in the regions where the wineries are located give rise to distinctive wines, with balance and aromatic sophistication inland and lightness and vigor in coastal areas.
