Cortes do Tua Wines emerges from the combination of thirty-year-old vines from the Tua Valley and the expertise of two young winemakers, Duarte da Costa and Ana de Almeida.
A passion for wine, international experience, and the Douro winemaking tradition brought these two young men together to produce harmonious, balanced, and elegant wines.
The Cortes do Tua vineyards are situated on the left bank of the Tua River, in the Douro Superior sub-region, right in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region. The Cortes do Tua winery is located in the Douro Superior sub-region in Pombal de Ansiães, Carrazeda de Ansiães.
