VADIO is located in the village of Poutena in the BAIRRADA region. It is a small, family-run project founded in 2005 by winemaker Luís Patrão, whose essential element is the recovery of traditional grape varieties and the production of authentic DOC BAIRRADA wines. We have three small, completely distinct vineyards and an old warehouse that we adapted in a very simple way for wine production. Our wines present a classic style that aims to respect the authenticity of the region and the character of the varieties that give rise to them.
