The idea for Minhodka was born in the mind of the young and talented nurse Yves Manuel Pires , who lives in France but has a very Portuguese heart.
The already famous Alvarinho grape variety from Melgaço is used to make a unique vodka. It's unlike anything you've ever seen and, more importantly, unlike anything you've ever tasted.
Because of its white grape origin, Minhodka is smooth on the palate and leaves a sweet aftertaste .
That being said, Minhodka is not meant to be described, but to be savored!
