Our single malts are crafted with a skillfully crafted new spirit, typically double-barrel matured for at least 12 years in the finest hand-picked Oloroso Sherry casks and first-fill Bourbon barrels. When deemed ready for bottling, the subtly different flavors of the whisky from each cask type are orchestrated into a distinct range of rich, rewarding, and complex single malts.
For those familiar with whisky, the result is an unusually captivating and multi-layered experience.
