Since 1997, Ninkasi has been passionately dedicated to producing beers that pay homage to Lyon's brewing tradition. Designed and produced in the Rhône region, our beers represent the authenticity and diversity of our terroir and the people who bring it to life.
Whether classic, hoppy, or fruity, our beers promise an experience full of bubbles and foam. All this, always with a touch of boldness.
But our adventure doesn't end with beer production. Although beer and whiskey are cousins, we've united this family. In 2015, leveraging our brewing expertise, we launched the production of our own whiskeys, crafted with the same attention to detail and a touch of creativity. Carefully distilled at our distillery in Tarare, Ninkasi whiskeys embody our desire to reinvent the classics.
