At Quinta do Zambujeiro we use a mix of conventional and organic practices. We don't use herbicides and we protect the soil with natural crops during the winter.
Our goal is to preserve and protect the natural beauty and our terroir. The foundation of our wines is the vineyard. Our workers tend to each vine with great care. We firmly believe that only vineyards with low yields can produce wines with high concentrations of aromas and flavors, ensuring a long life in the bottle.
We are reducing production in our vineyards, with an average harvest of 23hl per hectare.
