A casta Alvarinho beneficia de um estágio prolongado obtendo-se um vinho mais elegante, complexo e com mais textura.
Cor citrina com reflexos esverdeados. Aroma delicado, com aromas de fruta bem madura, lichias, melão e uma mineralidade subtil. Sabor amplo, cheio de untuosidade, persistente, mas com frescura e elegância, acompanhando na perfeição peixe e carnes brancas.
Assados de peixe e carnes brancas, marisco, comida asiática, presunto, queijos de pasta mole. Em qualquer momento faz boa companhia.

As a result of enormous respect for Nature and all our passion and dedication, we produced a limited and numbered edition of Poems in the birthplace of Alvarinho in Portugal, a place full of magic on the banks of the River Minho, in the family since the seventeenth century in a peaceful communion with nature.
The art of wine has been passed down from generation to generation until today. Used in religious ceremonies in the 19th century, it has always been enjoyed by family and friends and offered with pleasure to everyone who visits us.
Inspired by history and the unparalleled beauty of the landscape, we created the Poema brand to take the family legacy to more distant lands, respecting the past and always looking to the future.
