Born from sheer determination and located in the heart of Portugal, The Black Wolf Distillery is the realization of a shared dream.
A chef and an architect, both passionate about whiskey and spirits, joined forces.
Combining a natural talent for blending aromas and flavors with a love of experimentation, Black Wolf is primarily dedicated to whisky production, but also creates exceptional gins, rums, and bitters.
Focused on quality, we combine traditional manufacturing with modern techniques, paving the way for Portuguese whisky.
