“Quinta da Pedra Alta is a winery located in Soutelinho, Favaios, near Alijó, in the Cima Corgo sub-region of the Douro Valley, Portugal.”
Quinta da Pedra Alta is the only estate in the Douro Valley with three granite boundary markers (Pombaline markers) on its property. These were assigned to the best lands during the demarcation of the Port wine region in 1761.
