Description

In the 9th century, rum became a quality and valued drink. Distilleries and brands emerged with the support of the Spanish crown. Cuba was the birthplace of rum.

Cuba also produces a lighter, sharper rum than other parts of the Caribbean, thanks to a request from the Spanish Crown, which preferred its delicate flavor.

Conde de Cuba's rum is harvested, distilled, aged and bottled in a small town with more than 2,000 inhabitants in the province of Las Tunas, in Amancio Rodriguez, southeastern Cuba, a land whose climate is ideal for growing the 100 % of indigenous sugar cane “medialuna”.

The entire integral system is located on the plantation, including the sugar company to obtain honey, the distillery, the Ron Sevilla Factory and the wine cellar.

This entire process is reflected in the different labels, making this range of products special.

The sugar plantation was located on the banks of the Seville River, one of the most important rivers in the country. Seville, the famous port city in southern Spain, has always been linked to Cuba since colonial times.
