S de Soberanas Red 2004 75cl

49,00

Grapes: Trincadeira (50%) Alicante Bouschet (50%)

Without giving up balance and elegance, S das Soberanas is a wine of great depth. Still with marked contours and closed in aromas, you can feel the result of the careful choice of raw material that goes into its composition. The freshness of the wine comes from its proximity to the sea, characteristic of Terras do Sado, while its depth and volume evoke the velvety of Alentejo reds. This is due to the fact that we are in a transition zone, in which the behavior of typical Alentejo grape varieties reveals aspects that are almost unknown until today. It is the Soberanas terroir. The wine should be drunk at a temperature of 16/17ºC, decanting is recommended.
